I'm glad you're here.
You're here because you want to feel better - to experience enjoyment in life, safety in your relationships, that feeling of looking forward to your day ahead. Instead you feel worried, insecure, and stressed out to no end. You may have felt this way for a long time, or life may have taken a sudden left turn and now you aren't sure what to do.
Let's face it, life is messy. But you are not alone. In therapy I walk with you through the mess to help develop understanding and insight, explore paths forward, and process the difficult feelings that arise along the way. This is the work of therapy we do together.
I provide telehealth therapy services for adults. I bring a warm and kind approach, a sense of humor, and a practical attitude on healing. Some of the issues I can support you with are short-term or chronic depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, feelings of low self-esteem or self-worth, life stress, and times of life transitions. I also connect with women in new phases of life, entering motherhood, and aging.
